At Kogent Oak, we’re a third generation of builders and designers beginning with Reifer Brothers in Indianapolis, and Hyatt-Love Furniture, Zionsville, IN in 1964.
This first gene
ration expanded to real estate in new home & condominium construction in Port Charlotte, Fla continuing into the 70s & 80s.
A second generation of family did real estate new home construction & rennovations in southern Indiana, Kentucky & Tennesee in the 90s and 2000’s.
Our family, now Kogent Oak LLC, has been helping people realize their dreams for over 50 years.
